Grant's first Christmas was a bundle of fun. He spent most of Christmas morning in a bouncer or in a nap, but it was fun to have him a part of the celebration. He even gave me his first Christmas gift, a full night's sleep on Christmas Eve. Best gift of the year ;)
While we were up in Dallas for the holiday Grant was able to meet another set of Great Grandparents, my mom's folks. It was a treasure to share our little man with them. Even though Grant decided to come down with a cold and give that as a late Christmas present to just about everyone, go figure.
When we got back into Houston, both Grant and Justin had a cold (somehow I escaped it-Praise the Lord) So our New year's Eve celebration was everyone going to be early. And to start the new year with even more baby fun, Grant started rice cereal. He has done a pretty good job learning to use a spoon, and here in the next week or so, we'll start on some veggie puree. I guess it's time to re-work the budget ;)
We also got Grant a jumperoo to play in. He loves it and is jumping more and more each time he's in it. Here's a video or the Bouncing Baby boy :)
