Evacuation coming to an end

Well, we've been in Dallas for two weeks now after Hurricane Ike tore through Houston, and we finally have power. YAY! On Tuesday we got the call from our neighbor letting us know about the return of power and then Wednesday we found out a transistopr blew and no power again, but that got fixed quickly and we're back a full power :) So we'll be heading back to Houston tomorrow :) It's been great to see Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, 2nd Cousins, Great Aunts and Uncles, and even Great Grandma Gannaway :) Hopefully we'll see Great Grandparent Magers at Christmas.

Grant has grown so much in the last few weeks. He's about ten pounds now and 23 inches. He is enjoying tummy time and cuddling with GG. Today we're celebrating his ONE MONTH BIRTHDAY. Hard to believe our little bundle of joy has been in this world for a month (half of which has been spent in Dallas) We're slowly getting into a semi routine and continuing to learn how to read his needs. He's changed a lot in a month, and we look forward to watching him grow and change more and more. :)
